Boulder, Colorado, September 25, 2023 – Clean Chemistry, Inc. (the “Company”), an innovative provider of water treatment and microbial control technologies, recently named Adam Harwell its new Chief Financial Officer. 

Adam was most recently Vice President, Finance at NexGen Chemical Technologies. Prior to that he was Vice President, Operations Controller for Strike, LLC. In his tenure at Chicago Bridge & Iron, Adam held various positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in being named Vice President of Financial Operations, Engineering and Construction. Adam began his 20 year career in finance as an Assurance Associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers.  

Nick Gardiner, Clean Chemistry’s Chief Executive Officer commented, “As Clean Chemistry grows its business and enters new markets, we will need strong financial leadership. We believe Adam’s solid background in various industries makes him ideal for this role.” 

Adam completed a Masters of Science and Bachelors of Business Administration, both in accounting, from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
